USA Standard Delivery is $25.

Standard Delivery can take up to 7 working days and we ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting our Client Relations Team to chase your order.

We will always do our very best to get each product out to you as quickly as possible, therefore, if you have an enquiry regarding our delivery services or the delivery of your order, please contact our Client Relations Team: customercare@hollandcooper.com.

We are really pleased to confirm that our US prices include all local tariffs, duties, taxes, handling fees and customs clearance charges required by the USA for importing consumer goods. You will not be charged anything further following postage and your checkout price.

Tailoring pieces that are custom made to order and physical gift cards are exempt from these delivery options. Please see FAQs to see more information on tailoring and physical gift cards.

Please note that in alignment with US customs regulations, our courier may require some additional information prior to your delivery, for example your Social Security Number (SSN) to validate your identity for customs clearance into the US. 

If you receive a notification with this request, please kindly respond direct and within the advised timeframe to avoid your parcel being returned to us.
